What Happens After You Select the Number?
Once you have found the registration number you want, the purchase can progress through the following stages.

We confirm the number, final price and purchase details so you know what you are committing to.

2. Pay the Deposit
Under our buying process, the deposit is 10% of the selling price, subject to a minimum of RM2,000. The deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be moved to another registration number.

3. Receive the Transaction Documentation
After receiving the deposit, we issue the relevant transaction or order documentation and an invoice showing the registration number, selling price and deposit paid. Before moving forward, you can review what to check on your number plate purchase invoice.

4. Update Us Once Your Vehicle Is Chosen or Received
Tell our team when your vehicle is confirmed so we can coordinate the next stage based on whether it is a new or used vehicle and who will handle the relevant procedures.
What If You've Already Ordered Your New Car?
If you have already ordered a new vehicle and are simply waiting for it to arrive, your situation is different from someone who has not chosen a car yet.
Under our confirmed arrangement, if the new vehicle is expected within 60 days, customers should notify the PIC at least five working days in advance for the applicable PUSPAKOM B2 arrangements.
